Als Assistant Store Manager bent u verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van het team, het beheren van de voorraad en het zorgen voor een positieve winkelervaring voor elke klant. U bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het motiveren en coachen van verkoopmedewerkers en het verbeteren van de winkelresultaten.
