Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Communications Intern to join our Quality and Business Performance Improvement Communications team at ASML. As a Communications Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our team in achieving our communication goals.

Your Possible Assignments

As a Communications Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:

  • Project management and planning to support the improvement and implementation of new processes.
  • Managing and improving our planning overviews and analyzing our KPIs to drive improvements and learning.
  • Channel management support, including creating newsletters, change campaigns, articles, podcasts, and SharePoint sites.
  • Community building through Viva Engage.
  • Content creation aligned to approved messaging.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of internal community building events.
  • Supplier management, including assistance tasks for event managers and developing call sheets for suppliers.
  • Executing tasks on site during the setup and execution of events.
  • Creating impactful communication assets, such as videos, infographics, or presentations, partly together with agencies or our internal team.
Your Profile

To be a successful Communications Intern, you will have:

  • A degree in Communications, Change Communication, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role or a strong interest in communications and marketing.
  • A creative and enthusiastic mindset.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Persuasive communication skills and a self-starter attitude.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbally.
  • Some knowledge or experience with the agile way of working.
  • Good knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, and other relevant tools.
