We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in the Benelux region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who wants to drive growth and expansion in this exciting market.

The RoleAs an Account Executive, you will be responsible for attracting and signing new customers in the Benelux region. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through closing. Your goal will be to generate revenue pipeline and meet or exceed your sales targets.
- You will prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- You will prepare and present product demonstrations.
- You will perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline.
- You will manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through closing.
- You will target key decision-makers, determine buying readiness, and timelines.
- You will capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system.
- You will attend trade shows, events, and conferences.
- You will network with market influencers, consultants, and partners.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of closing experience as an AE in a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrable software SaaS outbound sales experience.
- You will be able to showcase selling up to 5,000 employee, multi-national businesses, regularly closing 6-figure ARR deals.
- Experienced in MEDDIC, or other sales methodology.
- You must be a hunter and a closer Pipeline generation is second nature to you.
- Experience with HR-tech environment is highly regarded.
- Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up working environment.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed.
- Adaptability to new initiatives.
- A self-starter who is able to work autonomously.
- Fluency in Dutch is a must.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, plus a commission structure that rewards top performers. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
