Your Role in Our Story

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with clients across various industries.
  • Portfolio Management: Creating, managing, and growing a personal client portfolio using strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Lead Generation: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling and other lead generation strategies.
  • Team Support: Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support each other in their roles.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contributing to a collaborative environment where industry knowledge is shared and best practices are implemented.
  • Client and Personal Benefit: Leveraging the collective knowledge and experience of the team to drive personal growth and client success.

Your Expertise

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A fluent speaker of any combination of Hungarian, Romanian, Czech, Slovak, or Polish, with excellent English language skills.
  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.
  • 1-3 years' experience in Sales/Trading/Brokerage/Business Development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A natural sales or business development personality.
  • Ability to cold call and approach people.
  • Energetic, curious, and ambitious.
  • Driven to close deals and prove yourself.
  • Affinity for teamwork.
  • Able to structure markets together with a mentor/team member.
  • Familiarity with various cultures/lived in multiple countries in Eastern Europe.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience.
