About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Courier Coordinator. As a key contact for our 'Scoober' fleet, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery hubs and remote cities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the daily activities of our couriers, including equipment distribution and issue resolution.
  • Organize and send out working materials, such as inventory management and SOP contracts.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless operations.
  • Report to the Senior Courier Coordinator to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience in a relevant role, such as shift leader or floor manager.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Fluent English and Dutch language skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deal with a range of colleagues.
  • Practical thinker with ideas for developing our Hub operations.
  • Able to work on irregular shifts, including weekends and evenings.
