Courier Operations Coordinator

We're on the hunt for a skilled Courier Coordinator to join our team at Just Eat Takeaway. As a key contact for our 'Scoober' fleet, you'll be responsible for ensuring our couriers have everything they need to succeed.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Courier Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for our couriers, providing support and resolving any issues that may arise. This includes ensuring they have the necessary equipment and information to do their job effectively.
You'll also be responsible for organizing and sending out working materials, such as inventories and SOP contracts, to our couriers. This will involve working closely with our colleagues in other hubs to ensure a smooth operation.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with 1+ years' experience in a relevant role, such as a shift leader or floor manager. You'll need to be fluent in English and Dutch, with strong communication skills and the ability to deal with a range of colleagues.
