Sales Support Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage our CRM platform (Salesforce) Assist in the development and improvement of sales resources Document workflows, update records, and ensure ongoing revisions on Sales Enablement platforms Coordinate international initiatives and communicate information across departments Draft internal communications to keep sales teams informed Ensure alignment of business operations, tools, and methodologies Facilitate data-driven decision-making through analysis and reporting Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to enhance productivity and client service Ensure quality control of internal processesAbout NCC Group
