About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Fox IT, a leading cybersecurity company. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in enabling and supporting our sales teams in the Benelux region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help govern our CRM (Salesforce) and perform regular sanity checks of pipeline, gate approvals, and other key metrics.
  • Support the development and improvement of our Sales tools, ensuring they are effective and efficient.
  • Document new processes, update old ones, and maintain current documentation on Sales Enablement SharePoint pages.
  • Coordinate global projects and relay information across functional teams.
  • Write internal communications, such as the Sales Operations news feed, to inform our sales teams on current activities.
  • Ensure effective business activities, tools, and processes alignment.
  • Manage data-driven decision making through forecast and sales reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Project Management, and Delivery to maximize productivity and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Quality assurance of our internal processes.
