Sales Operations Specialist at NCC Group

Are you ready to take on a challenging role in our expanding Sales Operations team? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our sales organization effectively and efficiently, in line with our business strategies.

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for governing and maintaining our CRM system, supporting the development and enhancement of sales tools, and documenting processes to ensure continuous updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Govern and maintain our CRM system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support the development and enhancement of sales tools to improve sales performance.
  • Document processes and update documentation to ensure continuous updates on Sales Enablement SharePoint pages.
  • Coordinate global projects and relay information across teams to ensure effective communication.
  • Write internal communications to inform sales teams about key initiatives and updates.
  • Ensure alignment of business activities, tools, and processes to maximize productivity and customer service.
  • Facilitate data-driven decision-making through forecasting and reporting to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize productivity and customer service.
  • Ensure quality assurance of internal processes to maintain high standards.
