Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a business plan to expand our solution at top 20 globally operating target accounts. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve revenue targets and facilitate growth at key accounts worldwide.
  • Strategic partnering with engineering companies to sell our product and expand our customer base.
  • Generate new leads, build relationships, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of sensor systems.
  • Report directly to the VP of Business Development and contribute to the growth of an exciting startup.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a commercial role with a proven track record of closing new deals and reaching targets.
  • Technical MSc degree in Engineering, Physics, or a similar field of study.
  • Strong analytical skills, natural ability to persuade, and build relations.
  • Excellent communication in English (Dutch, German, Spanish, or French is a plus).
