Senior HR Advisor

Mammoet seeks an experienced all-round HR professional to act as a trusted partner and provide expert advice to management, implementing people and organization initiatives that align with our business ambitions as a world-leading heavy lifting and transport company.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to Management on the entire employee lifecycle, people and organization matters, from workforce planning, recruitment, recognition, performance management and people development.
The Senior HR Advisor will participate in and lead complex critical employee relations cases, ensuring best practices and compliance with relevant legislation, contribute to change management efforts, supporting organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience as an HR professional in an international work environment, a minimum of 5 years as an HR generalist, and strong critical thinking to identify interdependencies between matters, data and outcomes, results, behaviors, and clear understanding of how moving pieces come together to build the big picture.
The Senior HR Advisor will work closely with the HR Advice team and other departments to drive employee engagement and foster a positive culture where people can learn, develop and perform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Management on the entire employee lifecycle, people and organization matters, from workforce planning, recruitment, recognition, performance management and people development.
- Participate in and lead complex critical employee relations cases, ensuring best practices and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Contribute to change management efforts, supporting organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and implement HR, people and organizational change initiatives that drive employee engagement and foster a positive culture where people can learn, develop and perform.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience as an HR professional in an international work environment, minimum of 5 years as an HR generalist.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
- Strong critical thinking to identify interdependencies between matters, data and outcomes, results, behaviors, clear understanding of how moving pieces come together to build the big picture.
- Solid experience with change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Ability to organize and prioritize initiatives and handle multiple tasks with competing priorities at times.
- Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resilient, hands-on results-driven and a team player.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
