Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Crane Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a forklift and reach truck, with a preference for licensed operators.
  • Meet quality and productivity metrics, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Receive and put away goods, ensuring accurate inventory management and storage.
  • Pick and pack orders, loading and unloading goods as required.
  • Complete paperwork thoroughly and promptly, maintaining accurate records.
  • Load client merchandise accurately and courteously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Escalate any issues with shipments to the account coordinator, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Manage tasks and requests, following up to ensure client needs are met.
  • Responsible for accurate inventory and locations in the warehouse and WMS system.
  • Organize inbound and outbound freight, staging them in designated areas.
  • Report any issues with shipping or receiving to the warehouse team leader or management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to Health and Safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and complete basic checklists, forms, or other related documents.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Balance individual responsibilities, consistently being at work and on time.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand or sit for long periods of time.
  • Reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and frequently climb or balance.
  • Regularly lift and/or move 25 kilos, occasionally lifting and/or moving 25 kilos by hand.
  • Ability to drive a forklift and/or reach truck, becoming certified by Crane Worldwide.
