Fulfilment Integration Director

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Fulfilment Integration Manager. As a key member of our CFF Unit team, you will be responsible for guiding and inspiring our Fulfilment Integration team, collaborating closely with Fulfilment Operations to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Fulfilment Integration team, fostering a supportive work environment that emphasizes communication, flexibility, and a performance-driven culture.
- Execute commercial activation, range changes, and operational forecasting within the unit, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
- Actively involve the Management Team and support the Fulfilment Manager in the growth of Fulfilment in the unit and area.
- Secure competence building, development, and succession in the area of Fulfilment, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Proactively work to optimize stock structure, reducing avoidable stock and ensuring healthy capacity utilization and low costs, collaborating with store and matrix partners.
- Lead the implementation of unit Fulfilment solutions, ensuring correct use of systems to improve efficiency and cost savings.

Requirements- Eager to understand key performance measurements for business planning and monitoring.
- Experienced in unit fulfilment dynamics and their influencing factors.
- Familiar with developing business strategies and consistently delivered results in previous roles.
- Demonstrate effective collaboration and co-creation skills, valuing an environment of teamwork and innovation.
- Acted as an influential bridge between different departments or stakeholders, ensuring engagement, alignment of goals, and smooth integration of processes.
- Experienced in forecasting, range management, stock accuracy, stock structure, and sales steering.
- Enthusiastic about applying strategic, tactical, and operational analysis to enhance customer satisfaction and business improvements.
- 3-5 years of experience and proven performance in leading business through people in complex operational environments.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing.
