Sales Director for International Markets

Xebia Academy is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead the growth of its international markets in North America and Europe. As a key member of the Enterprise Learning Services Group, you will be responsible for managing and expanding existing accounts, as well as identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Xebia Academy's enterprise learning services solutions to enterprises across the region
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the NA region, including GTM and execution strategies, and target setting
- Own revenue targets and P&L for the region, driving profitability from new and existing customers
- Manage a team of sales professionals and execute on targets efficiently
- Deliver the sales cycle for key prospects and manage delivery with the offshore delivery team in India
- Build and maintain executive relationships with key prospects in government, enterprise, institutions, and other industry sectors, positioning Xebia Academy as the preferred learning partner
- Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning and forecasting approaches
- Set up and lead the sales organization, partnering with technology services sales leadership to identify opportunities for collaboration
- Market research and identify growth opportunities by introducing innovative training programs to cater to local needs and trends for upskilling/reskilling in digital technologies
- Maintain networking and working relations with education/training owners and functional SMEs to ensure timely engagement, transparency, and aligned decision making
- Stay abreast of defined technology standards, guidelines, and patterns, as well as the latest technology trends
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of EdTech, education, IT training, and certification in the USA, Canada, UK, and European markets
- Minimum 10-12 years of sales experience, with the last few years preferably in education, IT training, and certification, assessments, or other professional skill development industries
- Excellent marketing portfolio/channel, relationship, and communication management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated with a clear vision to lead and add to organization growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Prior experience in selling to C-level suite, L&D, HR, technical heads, and functional owners
- Commercial and customer focus
- Understanding of statistical and financial information and high-level numeracy
- Results-driven
- Excellent time management skills; meets deadlines
