About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Officer to join our team at EUROPEAN DYNAMICS. As a User Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our users, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our systems and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support to users, including during out-of-hours periods;
- Install, upgrade, maintain, and decommission hardware and software;
- Contribute to regular system maintenance and troubleshooting;
- Test new software releases and patches, and provide recommendations for implementation;
- Assist with the ordering of new IT equipment and initiate ICT-related purchases;
- Perform asset management tasks, including maintaining detailed hardware and software inventory information.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or a relevant field, combined with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Experience with Microsoft Enterprise Software;
- Experience operating a Service Desk in an office environment;
- Experience with testing new software releases and patches;
- Excellent command of the English language.
