Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at EUROPEAN DYNAMICS. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support on client ICT incidents and fulfill client ICT service requests;
- Prepare, configure, and maintain PCs, mobile offices, and mobile phones and tablets;
- Prepare and configure USB sticks and tokens;
- Perform required hardware maintenance and setup tasks;
- Configure, maintain, and support MFP.

Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience working in an ITIL environment;
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 procedures, like troubleshooting, drivers management, and its issues, accounts management, custom installation, and BIOS configuration;
- Good knowledge of Active Directory structure, objects, and Group Policies;
- Good knowledge of understanding OU nesting and checking applied policies;
- Good knowledge of at least one ITSM tool;
- Good knowledge of client hardware, like desktops, laptops, mobile phones, and tablets, installation and delivery of computers and mobile devices, and data wiping of mobile devices;
- Good knowledge of the MFP maintenance, support, and physical maintenance of consumables and parts, like toner change and troubleshooting consumables issues;
- Good knowledge of at least one Mobile Devices Management solution;
- Good knowledge of device enrollment, compliance checks, and remote user support, like unlock, reprovision business applications, etc.;
- Excellent command of the English language.
