Job Title: Medior/Senior IT Servicedesk Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and result-driven IT Servicedesk Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Servicedesk team, you will be responsible for resolving IT-related issues, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our 2nd line support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist users with IT-related issues, either physically, by phone, or via ticketing system
  • Perform user and access management for hardware and applications
  • Identify, triage, and close or assign incidents
  • Communicate effectively with users and teams to resolve issues
  • Work with the team to process requests within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Evaluate and escalate incidents to higher levels of support when necessary
  • Monitor and improve ticket quality
  • Analyze trends and create process improvements
  • Align with the Product Owner on initiatives for the roadmap (Senior)
  • Coach and guide junior team members (Senior)
  • Hold ITIL certification (Senior)
About the Team:

Our Servicedesk team is a dynamic and collaborative environment that values open feedback and teamwork. We work closely with our Process Management Team for Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Daily, we discuss priorities, challenges, and offer each other support. We also celebrate our successes and organize festivities to foster a positive work environment.
