About the Role

We're seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join our growing team at Picnic, a pioneering online supermarket revolutionizing the way people shop for groceries. As a UX Researcher, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our innovative app-only service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute research studies to gain deep insights into customer behavior and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Analysts, Product Owners, and Designers, to inform product development and design decisions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points
  • Communicate research findings and insights effectively to stakeholders, using data visualization and storytelling techniques
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or Consumer Behavior
  • 1-3 years of experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio of research projects and findings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or other European languages a plus
