Management Assistant Part-time

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Management Assistant Part-time to join our dynamic and professional team. As a Management Assistant Part-time, you will play a crucial role in providing financial and administrative support to our team.

• Process and handle incoming mail and phone calls
• Coordinate and manage job vacancies from start to finish, including contacting candidates and clients
• Manage candidate and client data in our Salesforce database system
• Prepare and send contracts, proposals, and order confirmations
• Manage our financial records in Exact Online, including processing incoming and outgoing invoices and paying salaries

• Excellent digital skills, including Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of Salesforce system and Exact Online
• Excellent command of the Dutch language and good command of the English language in both writing and speaking
• Representative, proactive, and meticulous
• Good team player

• A salary between €3,000 and €3,700 per month, depending on your experience
• A permanent contract, starting with a temporary contract
• A part-time position for 24 hours a week
