We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistician to join our team at Medtronic. As a Senior Statistician, you will play a critical role in the development of medical devices and supplies that improve lives. Your expertise in statistical methodology and clinical trials will be instrumental in driving innovation and advancing our mission to improve healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute clinical studies, ensuring that study objectives can be met through sound statistical methodology.
- Develop and implement data management plans for clinical research projects, ensuring timely and accurate data collection and analysis.
- Apply statistical knowledge and experience to the design of clinical studies, ensuring that study objectives can be met.
- Summarize and interpret data into tabular and graphical formats, amenable to principles of statistical inference.
- Identify potential threats to study credibility and validity, and work with the study team to prevent, track, and manage potential problems.
- University Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
- Proven senior/expert experience in Statistics or Biostatistics.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methodology in clinical trials and real-world data studies.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
- Extensive programming experience with SQL, SAS, R, and/or Python.
