Senior Biostatistician

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistician to join our team at Medtronic. As a Senior Statistician, you will play a critical role in the design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical studies and real-world data studies.
Key Responsibilities- Design and conduct statistical studies to support the development and commercialization of medical devices.
- Develop and implement statistical analysis plans for clinical trials and real-world data studies.
- Apply statistical knowledge and experience to the design of clinical studies, ensuring that study objectives can be met.
- Design, plan, and execute device data management plans for clinical research projects.
- Develop and maintain computer programs to evaluate clinical and medical device data.
- Summarize and interpret data into tabular and graphical formats amenable to principles of statistical inference.
- Identify potential threats to study credibility and validity, and work with the study team to prevent, track, and manage potential problems.
- University Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics or similar.
- Proven senior/expert experience in Statistics or Biostatistics area.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methodology in clinical trials and real-world data studies.
- Excellent prioritization & organizational skills.
- Extensive programming experience with SQL, SAS, R, and/or Python.
- Excellent communicational skills, positive attitude.
- Fluent English, both verbally and written.
