About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Process Specialist to join our team at ASML. As a key member of our Operational Excellence department, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and standardization across our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management and process standardization
- Provide coaching and support to teams to achieve LEAN ambitions through improvement actions and projects
- Develop and supply analyses, knowledge, and expertise on logistics processes and their implementation in SAP and other IT tools
- Support the implementation and execution of transparent performance management systems
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master in business engineering, industrial engineering, operational management, or logistics
- 5-9 years' experience in operational logistics engineering and project roles, preferably in a high-tech, low-volume assembly environment
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvement based on lean principles and effective change management
- Substantial and in-depth experience with SAP-EWM, their set-up, and application is recommended
