About the Role

As a Senior Client Management Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support in Commodities within the Netherlands. Your primary focus will be to manage client relationships, secure and optimize margins on services, and act as an intermediary between clients across various product groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver retention and growth targets for large clients within the current client and service portfolio
  • Contract management: understand contracts with clients and manage requirements and agreed conditions
  • Measure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide professional and reliable reporting to customers alongside the team
  • Evaluate timely and proper invoicing, collaborating with finance to ensure payment of invoices within agreed timeframes alongside the team
  • Support tenders and pricing projects
  • Participate in a shift system with team members for client-related matters outside office hours
Requirements
  • MBO working and thinking level, preferably HBO level (Bachelor's degree)
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience: commercial customer service, relationship management, achievement of commercial objectives
  • Knowledge of technical terms in both local and English language in writing and spoken
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to use self-reflection to improve personal and team performance
