Job Summary

Nouvall Engineering Services B.V. is a leading provider of project support services for the (petro) chemical and maritime industry. We offer expertise in engineering, project management, maintenance, shutdowns, construction, and safety.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop detailed engineering documents for power distribution, lighting, and other electrical systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer requirements.

• Create and maintain specification documents for all electrical components and installation processes, collaborating with vendors and subcontractors as needed.

• Design and implement test and validation plans to ensure the quality and reliability of electrical systems, including virtual and real-world testing phases.

• Manage vendor and subcontractor contributions to ensure timely project delivery, reviewing and integrating their designs into the overall project scope.

• Develop and maintain standards and methodologies for detailed engineering and commissioning, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.

• Provide technical support and commissioning services for projects under contract, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and multiple suppliers/subcontractors.

• Develop conceptual designs of electrical power systems for proposal stages, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards.

Requirements


• 3+ years of experience designing complex electrical systems, including large power distribution systems, preferably in industrial settings.

• Proven experience in designing EMC-compliant solutions, ensuring the reliability and safety of electrical systems.

• Professional experience in complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams and multiple suppliers/subcontractors, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.

• Experience working in a model-based system engineering environment, with a solid understanding of engineering principles and practices.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline, with a strong academic record and relevant coursework.
