Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales Support Department in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the order-to-cash process, ensuring seamless communication with customers, distribution centers, and logistical partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders from entry to invoicing, receipt, investigation, and resolution of customer queries/issues
- Compile and analyze customer accounts, shipments, backorders, and other relevant data
- Monitor and communicate with customers regarding order status, shipment planning, documentation, and scheduling
- Collaborate with distribution centers and logistical partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Enter credit documents for customers and handle product returns
- Escalate breaches of company codes of conduct and ensure compliance with SOX narratives
Requirements
- Native German language skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- At least 3+ years of experience in a commercial/administrative role
- Customer service-minded mentality
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
- Experience with MS Office suite, especially Excel

About the Role
