Key Responsibilities- Initiate, investigate, and resolve process deviations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Work in a cGMP environment, managing multiple ongoing projects concurrently, mentoring, and training others within the group.
- Facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts, and maintain a professional and expert technical writing capability.
- Compile and evaluate data, conduct impact assessments, root cause analyses, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure event and deviation timelines are maintained through inter-department communication.
- Drive changes in processes/procedures, assist in submitting change controls, investigations, CAPAS, etc.
- Periodically summarize and present on-going process and performance metrics.
- Revising SOPs and creating SOPs.
