About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our team at HERE Technologies. As a key member of our People Analytics & Systems team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation in our Core HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take our newly implemented Oracle HCM to the next level, driving process improvements and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Run regular updates and evaluate new functionality, implementing changes that enhance our ways of working.
  • Lead a global team of 4 HRIS professionals, guiding them in transforming to a Cloud-based technology framework.
  • Collaborate closely with our Director of People Analytics & Systems and other teams to drive People Analytics and Our Digital Experience.
  • Manage configurations and establish capabilities for data security, collaboration, versioning, tagging, and secure access control.
  • Define processes, procedures, and controls for releasing configuration changes to production, ensuring effective communication with the team.
  • Empower our workforce with a modern, user-friendly HR platform, enabling them to access information and manage their careers seamlessly.

About You

We are looking for a curious and passionate HR tech lead who can inspire others to drive innovation. If you have a proven track record of leading a small multi-region HRIS team, experience in driving SaaS lifecycle management, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
