About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our team at HERE Technologies. As a key member of our People Analytics & Systems team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation in our Core HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Take our newly implemented Oracle HCM to the next level, driving process improvements and ensuring seamless execution.
- Run regular updates and evaluate new functionality, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and system configurations.
- Lead a global team of HRIS professionals, guiding them in the transformation to a cloud-based technology framework.
- Collaborate closely with our Director of People Analytics & Systems and other teams to drive People Analytics and Digital Experience initiatives.
- Manage configurations and establish capabilities for data security, collaboration, versioning, tagging, and secure access control.
- Define processes, procedures, and controls for releasing configuration changes to production, ensuring effective communication and a great customer experience.
- Empower our workforce with a modern, user-friendly HR platform, enabling them to access information and manage their careers seamlessly.
About You
We are looking for a curious and passionate HR tech lead with a proven track record of leading small multi-region HRIS teams. You should have experience in driving SaaS lifecycle management, including quarterly updates, preferably with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. Proactive collaboration with HR stakeholders to translate business processes into technical solutions is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships and inspire others.
