Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a memorable stay at MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam Amstel.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins and check-outs, optimize hotel occupancy, and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform operational and administrative tasks, including invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, and quality checks.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience: Initial experience in hospitality, preferably in a front office role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in a front office system (e.g., ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT), and fluency in English.
- Personality: Outgoing, people-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Competitive Compensation: Fair compensation package with a 25% night surcharge.
