We are seeking a highly skilled Change Agent to join our team at De Jong Verpakking. As a Change Agent, you will play a key role in driving organizational change and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Organize training and coaching sessions to strengthen and develop employee skills
- Support analysis and reporting on the implementation of new ways of working
- Identify and address resistance and challenges in the process
- Provide targeted training, mentoring, and coaching to employees
- Support regular updates and meetings with the site team
De Jong Verpakking is a leading manufacturer of corrugated packaging in Western Europe. We are part of the Packaging Solutions Division of Stora Enso, a leading provider of renewable products and sustainability solutions.
As a Change Agent at De Jong Verpakking, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about driving change and improvement.
