About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Change Agent to join our team at De Jong Verpakking BV. As a Change Agent, you will play a crucial role in facilitating changes within our production location and supporting the implementation of a new operating model and methodology to achieve operational improvements.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote change management and build credibility in the new way of working through direct and personal involvement with management and employees.
- Support analysis and reporting on the implementation of new ways of working and timely identify resistance and/or challenges in the process.
- Support the development of solutions for emerging issues and contribute to the resolution of complex issues.
- Actively participate in combining information into actionable insights for the transformation leadership team.
- Support employees in leveraging new tools and methods to achieve results and enable sustainable improvements.
- Connect capabilities by providing targeted training, mentoring, and coaching.
- Support in regularly providing updates and meetings with the site team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of the Lean management system.
