Onze verwachtingen
  • We zoeken iemand met MBO of HBO diploma, bij voorkeur levensmiddelentechnologie of vergelijkbaar;
  • Een mensenleider met minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de foodsector;
  • Grote flexibiliteit en bereidheid om tijdens piektijden indien nodig op zaterdagen te werken;
  • Kennis van MS Excel;
  • Iemand die sterk communicatief is recht door zee en empathisch en sterk kan organiseren;
Salaris en arbeidsvoorwaarden

We bieden je een salaris tussen €60.000,- en €80.000,- per jaar afhankelijk van je ervaring en vaardigheden.

Ook krijg je naast het salaris nog andere voordelen zoals:

  • 40 uur werkweek met de mogelijkheid om extra uren in tijd voor tijd om te zetten;
  • Een waardevolle secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden conform CAO voor de groente- en fruitverwerkende industrie;
  • 25 vakantiedagen en 9,5 ADV-dagen om optimaal te kunnen genieten van je welverdiende rusttijd;
