About the Role

The Creative Culture Specialist will be the first point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and more. They will also design and lead engagement initiatives that champion a high-performance culture, supporting our mission and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include working with the Global P&C team to align our Amsterdam HR practices with global strategies. The successful candidate will also support initiatives around performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. Ensuring an optimal experience at every touchpoint in the employee lifecycle is crucial, giving employees a strong sense of belonging.

Requirements
  • HR Strategist & Partner: Experience in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and advising leaders on people matters.
  • Recruitment Rockstar: Ability to find, attract, and retain top talent.
  • Expat Extraordinaire: Knowledge of residency permits, BSN appointments, and the 30% tax ruling.
  • Detail Obsessed: Meticulous, organized, and always on top of compliance.
  • People Person: Empathy in spades and a love for creating meaningful connections.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience.
