Chief Creative Visionary of Brand Experience

About the Role
As a Chief Creative Visionary in Brand Experience at Media.Monks, you'll be part of an elite team that drives our company's vision and creative excellence. Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer of Experience, your role is to lead, inspire, and grow our creative teams while achieving clear goals that propel us towards our future vision.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the Creative Vision:
- Create innovative brand experience design standards and redefine traditional brand-agency partnerships by leveraging our expertise in emerging technology to drive cutting-edge creative work.
- Ensure our reputation is consistently innovative, smart, fantastically crafted, kind, and fun.
- Help set and achieve annual creative department goals, ensuring these objectives are met and progress is tracked on a quarterly basis.
Lead, Grow, and Problem Solve:
- Manage and mentor creatives, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and relentless pursuit of better.
- Encourage innovation and experimentation by promoting a mindset of risk-taking and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and remove roadblocks.
- Lead with values, be empathetic, accessible, and relatable, and champion inclusive values.
Win New Business and Foster Senior Client Relationships:
- Oversee creative pitches, focusing on high-priority brands with potential upside.
- Build trust and rapport with existing clients and internal teams.
- Identify new growth opportunities in existing clients.
- Evaluate incoming opportunities and provide strategic guidance on approach and resource allocation.
Ensure and Expect Creative Excellence:
- Oversee the creation of impactful, differentiated, and high-quality digital, campaign, web, and experiential work.
- Promote best-in-class, award-worthy work among talent and clients alike.
- Work with department leads to ensure creative concepts align with client objectives and are executable.
Create and Uphold Process:
- Develop internal processes to enhance workflow efficiency, creativity, and team collaboration.
- Oversee the creation of training material to address skill gaps within the team.
- Streamline processes across major accounts and projects to eliminate obstacles hindering creative excellence.
Elevate Our Brand Presence and Perception:
- Represent Media.Monks at public events, maintaining a strong presence and reputation in the industry.
- Champion our creative work and promote our best internally and externally to increase awareness and shift perception of our brand and capabilities.
About You
- 13-15 years of creative experience, 3-4 years as Group Creative Director, and 7-5 years as Creative Director in an advertising agency.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work, including successful campaigns, experiential, and interactive design.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of brand, digital trends, and the latest creative and tech advancements.
Salary:$175,000 - $225,000 per annum
