About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Digital Experience Designer to join our EMEA Centre of Excellence (CoE) team. As a Brand Guardian, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our visual identity and reputation across markets. You'll collaborate closely with local teams to deliver seamless consumer experiences, ensuring an understanding of and confidence in our products' performance, distinct commercial benefits, and brand advocacy.

You'll work with our Creative team at Group to design memorable experiences that engage our audiences across digital channels. Your goal will be to ensure delivery aligns with best-in-class UX principles and Dyson brand guidelines. As a Brand Guardian, you'll be responsible for operating within market conditions, requiring a clear understanding of our brand principles.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Align all work with Dyson values and follow brand guidelines.
  2. Create, adapt, and artwork existing 2D and 3D templates to support local marketing activities.
  3. Artwork co-branded and retailer-specific materials.
  4. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and share ideas.
  5. Demonstrate creative thinking and superior design skills.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the media landscape, exploring tech advances, connected products, social trends, etc.
  7. Continuously develop technical design abilities.
About You

We're looking for a highly experienced designer with 4-5 years of experience in integrated design teams. You should have a solid understanding of how digital creative connects to other media channels and forms a complete customer experience. Key skills include:

  • Designing for responsive digital content across devices.
  • Experience designing for DOOH and print.
  • Understanding platform requirements.
  • Eye for detail, layout, and typography.
  • Information architecture knowledge.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Natural team player with a propensity to push and explore ideas beyond the norm.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your digital skills.
  • Experience creating prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, and user flows.
  • Familiarity with tools like Sketch, Figma, Axure, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InVision.
  • Excellent design skills and knowledge of insight-led user-centred design principles.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Basic front-end dev language knowledge (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
