About the Role

Bugaboo is seeking a skilled Digital Designer to join our Global Creative Team. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional designs for our digital channels to help Bugaboo deliver a premium and cohesive brand experience across all touch points.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work within the global brand guidelines to design and create assets and layouts that reinforce the brand's style and voice through visual and digital touch points.
  • Translate concepts into engaging UI designs, considering user experience, and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Design various digital marketing materials, with a mobile-first approach, including our website, CRM emails, sales and launch campaigns, and other consumer-facing touch points like social, paid media, and e-commerce.
  • Collaborate with the Global Brand & Creative Team, Digital Media, CRM, and Website Teams.
  • Adhere to quality work standards, production process, scheduling, and deadlines set by the team.
  • Keep up to date with industry standards/best practices and digital design methodologies.

Requirements

You have at least 3-5 years of experience in UX, UI, and digital design for a global brand or agency. You demonstrate a high level of skill in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. You have fluent English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company. You relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
