About the Role

Are you a skilled technician looking to advance your career in a dynamic and innovative company? We are seeking an experienced maintenance specialist to join our team at our Heijen location. As a key member of our Facility division, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics equipment and facilities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot machinery issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical and electronic equipment to maintain optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the production team to address technical challenges and optimize equipment performance.
  • Lead the resolution of drive technology-related issues within the logistics process.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify potential problems before they escalate.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Vocational education and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Technical expertise, preferably in warehouse management/production systems.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or English for effective communication.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve problems.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical matters clearly.
