Senior Research Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Assistant to join our team at the Faculty of Education. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and implementing research projects, including the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2025 in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide assistance to the National Project Manager in coordinating and implementing all tasks of PISA duties, including sampling, training, analysis, and data verification.
- Liaise with OECD, Government Representative, schools, and staff of the whole Project Team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or above in education or a related field.
- At least 3 years' extensive experience in educational research and large-scale studies, including project management and coordination, tracking of deliverables, financial reporting, report writing, and research.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Good administrative and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
