About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate IT Quality Advisor to contribute to our strategic ambitions. As a key member of our Business Technology Organization (BTO), you will play a crucial role in driving change and improving our IT service delivery. Your expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM), and IT4IT frameworks will be essential in advancing our transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities- Champion ITSM, ESM, and IT4IT integration within the BTO organization
- Drive cultural change and promote the adoption of new frameworks and processes
- Build alliances across teams and departments to support change initiatives
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for quality assurance
- Engage with stakeholders to promote the benefits of ITSM, ESM, and IT4IT
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and mentor team members
- Propose and implement governance frameworks for effective change management
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Quality Manager with a proven track record in ITSM and IT4IT frameworks. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a strategic thinking approach. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices is a plus.
