About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior R&D Innovation Leader to lead our Silicones Business Unit's R&D team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and R&D, with expertise in innovation leadership and a track record of success in growing and strengthening teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative silicones solutions that meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance R&D capabilities and talent development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in R&D leadership roles, preferably in the silicone industry
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering results-driven solutions
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to build high-performing teams

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
