Global Employee Relations Expert

Job Mission
ASML's Employee Relations office is a global Center of Expertise that champions the company's values for a safe, ethical, and inclusive workplace. The office aims to ensure consistent and fair treatment, providing impartial consultation, advice, and expertise to Employees, Leaders, and Human Resources. This includes addressing workplace collaboration, disputes, and fair & equal treatment. The purpose is to foster positive relationships between employees, managers, and the organization, establishing a Workplace that Works for All.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop integrated global ER philosophies, policies, processes, and interventions in collaboration with colleagues from related global and local expertise areas.
- Offer ER consultation and counseling to senior Employees, Leaders, and HR, including involvement in individual and team-related ER matters.
- Participate in workplace assessments in complex cases, objectively investigating sensitive employee relations concerns, including allegations of discrimination, bullying, and other related issues.
- Drive improvements and interventions that foster positive relationships, including feedback on people policies, practices, and tools.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 10+ years of work experience in HR with extensive involvement in employee relations matters.
- Thorough understanding of People-, HR-, and compliance-related policies and practices, as well as employment law and other regulations.
- Experience in developing and implementing people-related philosophies, policies, procedures, and related deployment materials.

- Outstanding interpersonal savviness and consulting abilities to manage the relation with multiple stakeholders on various levels, roles, and with sometimes opposing interests.
Location
This position is located in Veldhoven, The Netherlands, requiring onsite presence to attend in-person conversations, events, trainings, and meetings. A flexible workplace arrangement is available for remote work up to two days a week.
