Key Responsibilities- Manage and guide a team of engineers to deliver high-quality payment solutions
- Take ownership of the technical direction of our payment systems and ensure they meet the highest security and compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the feasibility, effectiveness, and scalability of new and existing products
- Develop and implement best practices for engineering, security, and compliance
- Drive innovation and technical excellence within the team
- 8+ years of experience in engineering secured SAP environments, including integration of digital platforms and legacy applications with SAP
- 3-4 years of experience in people leadership roles, managing multicultural teams
- Strong experience with security management of large, highly regulated SAP environments
- Strong experience with risk management, risk-based prioritization, and popular risk frameworks (SOx, NIST, CCM)
- Strong experience with design, engineering for end-to-end security of SAP applications, SAP authorizations, SAP GRC, and identity management
