Fintech Customer Success Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Fintech Customer Success Professional to join our team at Katapult. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and conducting personalized demos.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with Account Managers to handle up/cross-sell closures
- Act as the first point of contact for product adoption and escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary
- Help clients achieve their goals by utilizing our software effectively
Katapult is a dynamic Dutch fintech startup that is looking for talented individuals to help us scale up our organization and work with our most important partners.
What We OfferAs a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary package, including:
- A basic salary of up to 65,000 euros per year
- A bonus of 500 euros per month
- Remote work options with the possibility of working from our Utrecht or Valencia office
- Stock options and comprehensive work from home budget
- Unlimited paid vacation and high capacity for skill development and growth
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Familiarity with SaaS solution selling
- At least 2-5 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Customer obsession and problem-solving skills
- Product-centered approach and passion for fintech
