About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fintech Customer Success Professional to join our team at Katapult. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and conducting personalized demos.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Account Managers to handle up/cross-sell closures
  • Act as the first point of contact for product adoption and escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary
  • Help clients achieve their goals by utilizing our software effectively

  • A basic salary of up to 65,000 euros per year
  • A bonus of 500 euros per month
  • Remote work options with the possibility of working from our Utrecht or Valencia office

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Familiarity with SaaS solution selling
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Customer obsession and problem-solving skills
  • Product-centered approach and passion for fintech
