Product-Led Customer Success Professional

This Dutch fintech startup is looking for a product-led Customer Success Manager to join their team. As a key player in their organization, you will work closely with the company's founder to scale up their organization and work with their most important partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying opportunities and conducting personalized demos to showcase the company's product.
  • Working closely with the Account Manager to handle up/cross-sell closures.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for product adoption and escalating issues to the appropriate department.
  • Helping clients use the software to achieve their goals and flagging feedback to relevant teams.

What are we looking for?

  • Familiarity with SaaS solution selling.
  • 2-5 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management, with a track record of autonomous problem-solving and commercial acumen.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Customer-obsessed and ready to solve problems.
  • Product-centered and passionate about fintech.
