Product-Led Customer Success Professional

This Dutch fintech startup is looking for a product-led Customer Success Manager to join their team. As a key player in their organization, you will work closely with the company's founder to scale up their organization and work with their most important partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying opportunities and conducting personalized demos to showcase the company's product.
- Working closely with the Account Manager to handle up/cross-sell closures.
- Acting as the first point of contact for product adoption and escalating issues to the appropriate department.
- Helping clients use the software to achieve their goals and flagging feedback to relevant teams.

What are we looking for?
- Familiarity with SaaS solution selling.
- 2-5 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management, with a track record of autonomous problem-solving and commercial acumen.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.

- Product-centered and passionate about fintech.
