About the Role
As a Senior IT Product Owner at Central Parking, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth and operational efficiency across various domains. This encompasses Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, and Finance within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Developing a comprehensive product vision and roadmap for strategic business development;
- Involving stakeholders and collaborating with operational managers, finance, key users, and Microsoft partners to implement this vision;
- Actively communicating and sharing the product vision within the organization;
- Spearheading business processes together with your team;
- Contributing to the transition from management to product-oriented operations;
- Simplifying processes and promoting the adoption of changes required by Central Parking's development;
- Making informed decisions about investments and strategies within your domain.
About Your Team
You will become an integral part of our growing IT General team, working closely with operational managers, financial specialists, key users, and partners from Microsoft. Our diverse team comprises experts from different backgrounds, all working together to achieve strategic goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Your Benefits Package
As a Senior IT Product Owner at Central Parking, you will contribute significantly to our mission: making people happier and more successful in their professional lives. In addition to your salary, which we estimate to be around $120,000 per annum based on industry standards and your experience, you are entitled to a thirteenth month, a good pension scheme, and profit sharing with the possibility of becoming a shareholder. Additional Requirements
- A minimum HBO working and thinking level;
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience;
- At least one ERP migration supervised in the manufacturing industry within an international environment;
- Experience with managing business processes, especially within the Operations domain (Finance and Commercial being an advantage);
- Knowledge of IT Architecture and/or Enterprise Architecture, capable of converting it into business opportunities;
- Knowledge of and experience with a Subscription Business model is an advantage.
