Job Opportunity
Shimano is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR Operations Team as a Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the continuous improvement of our HR systems and processes.
The Role
- Collaborate with HRIS Specialists to drive continuous improvement projects, including migrating documents from various platforms to Workday.
- Support the HR Admin Team with onboarding activities, such as sending welcome emails to new hires and maintaining pre-onboarding documents.
- Maintain and manage relevant databases and reporting tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support the extended HR team with side projects, including data validation and quality checks.
- Provide guidance and answer basic navigational questions from employees and managers regarding company policies and processes.
- Support HR Admin with employee changes, including posting introductions to new employees on SharePoint.
Requirements
- A student enrolled in Business Studies (HR, Psychology) or a related field.
- Able to work 2-3 days in the office.
- Excellent language skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Available for a minimum of 32 hours a week for a period of 20 weeks.
