We are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the growth of our Pro AV market position across the Benelux region. This is a great opportunity for someone with B2B sales experience to work alongside our nationwide sales teams in identifying sales growth opportunities with new and existing customers.



Key responsibilities include building Pro AV market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with our Category Management team to develop and execute annual strategic plans for assigned programs, including roadmaps, positioning, marketing programs, price strategy, competitive analysis, and more.



The ideal candidate will possess experience working within the commercial audio/visual industry in the Benelux region, a strong track record of success in B2B sales environments, and great communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to problem-solve, negotiate, and deliver client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute annual strategic plans for assigned programs
  • Build Pro AV market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
  • Work closely with the Category Management team to develop roadmaps, positioning, marketing programs, and price strategy
  • Report progress, financials, and business issues to management each month
  • Provide metric and data analysis, insight, and recommendations
  • Facilitate training and education tracks with peers, suppliers, and customers


Requirements:




  • Experience working within the commercial audio/visual industry in the Benelux region
  • Strong track record of success in B2B sales environments
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem-solve, negotiate, and deliver client-focused solutions
