Finance and Accounting Manager

As a key member of the finance function at ARLANXEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Your expertise in accounting and finance will be instrumental in maintaining the company's compliance with financial regulations and internal control frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage accounting and financial closing activities, acting as the interface between the company and the accounting shared services center.
- Perform monthly income statement and balance sheet analyses to ensure accurate financial reporting and identify areas for improvement.
- Advise management and other finance functions on compliance aspects of financial reporting.
- Maintain and ensure the company's compliance with the Group Internal Control Framework.
- Ensure tax compliance for direct and indirect tax reporting in collaboration with the group function Tax.
- Monitor and forecast the company's liquidity.
- Coordinate internal or external audits (quarterly reviews and year-end audit).
- Participate in projects to improve accounting and reporting processes and tools.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5-6 years professional experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing business.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Experience in SAP (S4 Hana and SAP BPC are considered an advantage).
- Ability to operate in a multicultural and multi-disciplinary global business environment.
- Experience with Dutch tax legislation is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of reporting and accounting principles (IFRS).
- Strong analytical, numeric, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative and communicative personality.
