We are seeking a skilled and experienced bus driver to join our team at Olympia, working in partnership with GVB. As a bus driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of passengers in Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a large diesel or electric bus through Amsterdam, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers.
- Provide excellent customer service, being hospitable and customer-friendly.
- Meet the physical requirements of the job, including being between 1.65 and 2 meters tall and having good vision.
- Hold a valid driving license D and code 95.
- Have basic knowledge of Amsterdam and be able to learn extensive street knowledge during the course.
- A good salary of €2,733.09 gross per month, including an irregularity allowance.
- The ability to work 8-32 hours per week, with flexibility to choose your own schedule.
- Travel allowance if you live outside Amsterdam.
- Free access to GVB-public transport, even when you are not at work.
- A temporary employment contract with Olympia, with the possibility of becoming employed by GVB in the long run.
- Holiday pay, a good pension scheme, and 25 days off per year with full-time employment.
- GVB-company clothing.
- Residency in the Netherlands, a residence permit, or a work statement.
- Proof of identity.
