Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring top talent for our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and selecting high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals and professional networks
  • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates for client roles
  • Providing regular updates and insights to clients throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:

Location
